So on Monday evening the 19th I sent them an email, well its been about a week without even a reply, not even a "F-you" or "to bad so sad" or "sorry sucker" lol
NOTHING, needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything from that company again, ever.
Well yesterday, we decided to get it fixed before we hit another trail, heres the REPAIRED product:

They are really bad at getting back to e-mails. I would just call them if you need anything done. I think they just read them and delete them.

The complete opposite of them would be BudBuilt. He e-mailed me back right away and put up with all of my questions before I ordered my skid plate.

well IMHO, if they do take the time to read the email then chose NOT to take the 5 freaking seconds to reply, thats just chitty customer service, I will never give them anymore of my hard earned money...

INFACT, Im going put fill in the TC on the side of the skids, I dont want to advertise for a company that cant take 5 seconds to reply to a customers email.
and I agree with you on BudBuilt, he ROCKS...

KING is the same way. If you want them to get off of their asses, you have to call them.

With a lot of companies you are better off waiting until the next business day to call them. E-mailing is useless. I will often send e-mails if it's late at night, or I am in class, but some companies just don't respond.

Total Chaos just might be mad at me since I ordered their mid-travel but then I backed out and went with normal remote resi coilovers. What did you do to offend them? :jester:

Oops, this was the thread I meant to post in this morning. I posted it in your other thread.

As follows:

I've been e-mailing TC a bit this morning, they finally got back to me about the LT, although now it's too late because I have decided to wait a while.

Hopefully they got back to you as well, and have a solution to your problem.
