Need wiring diagram

Does anyone have the wiper motor/control circuit schematic for an '04 4Runner? My wipers stopped working yesterday, and I want to make sure it's the motor and not the switch.

If anyone has the schematic, I would appreciate it...

Fornt or rear? DId you check the fuses? IF it is the rear roll down the hatch window and then roll it up again all the way.

No, it's the fronts. With the weird weather here in NY lately, the wiper linkage was frozen in ice that formed under the cowl area. The wipers were stuck, so I turned off the wiper switch. As I drove down the road, the linkage managed to break through the ice, and the wipers went on high speed by themselves. The wiper switch did nothing... wouldn't turn off the wipers, change the speed...nothing. I'm pretty sure the motor is shot, but I want to check the voltage from the switch to the connector on the motor to make sure the switch isn't bad.
