Just filled my CO2 tank at Carbonic Service Inc in Santa Clara. I got this pointer from a guy in the Norcal FJCruiserforum group.
I was in and out in 5 minutes. Took my tank refilled it and brought back in the time it took me to pay. Cost me $13 for the 10# tank. Cash only though. Maybe I should have smiled more for the receptionist ;)

ANyway for you NorCal guys keep this place in mind for a CO2 fillup.
