Bulldog and I kicked this one around before. :rotflmao: Here was a California 4Runner owner who ordered his new without roof rails. Only talked to him briefly at a trailhead in the Sierras last Wednesday.

I kind of dig the no roof rack look. I've been seeing a lot of them at my work without racks lately. I believe most of them are in the Rental Fleets.
I guess if you don't have a use for a rack, it's a nice clean option.

Was just up in Oakland and at the Hertz rental lot there was a number of 4Runners with no roof rails
