I would pick 33/11.5/16 Toyo M/T personally ...it's all personal preferance though :2cents

Do you think I will have any issues with rubbing? Is the tire above a 265/75/16?

The 265/75/16 = approx 32/10.5/16 .S an inch narrower and smaller in diameter that the Toyos mentioned. To fit those Toyos you will probably need wheelspacers with the TRD wheels.

Yes that is the stock size on the FJ Cruiser with those wheels.
