Shrockworks Bumper install write-up???

So my bumper arrives tomorrow. As a result I have been hunting around for the write up on installing the bumper that I am sure I have seen out here before. I cannot find it though! The Shrock Discussion thread alone is 49 pages long. Can anyone direct me in the right direction, pun intended? Thanks!

Also take note of the install instructions from SW, as they made a few changes to thebumper since the first batch. Maybe get the PDF from them and attachit in the thread for the newe bumpers. I ebliebe the frame mounts and bumper has been altered slightly, mostly to add a shear bolt to prevent the bumper from rotating on the bracket.
