Death Valley Daze 2005

In March I was priviledged to travel for several days through the remote parts of Death Valley during the "desert bloom" that comes along once in a 100 years. It was a special trip because of this and also the incredible people on the trip, the gourmet food every night (we literally had a buffet of dishes and deserts), and wheeling with Land Cruisers is always a good thing!
Point-to-point, we remote camped and wheeled to spectacular places I'm sure very few people will ever see. We wheeled in every type of terrain; washboard roads, rocks, mine trails, you name it. It was a true expedition where there was nary a soul besides us the entire trip.
