i also run Rock Monster wheels with a 4.5" backspacing...

there is a nice bypass to the left of the notch at Wheeler if you don't feel like trying it ...but it is fun
one spot that really lets ATRAC shine if your spotter is good

just a note 4.10 gears only come from Toyota OEM for the front so the cost is sky high
(slim chance of a swap from a 4cyl Tacoma... maybe... MAYBE...)
so 4.56 is a better...

(and obviously, you'd have to regear both ends at the same time to keep AWD/4wd)

1) Torque Transfer...
the ATRAC can't/won't hold a tire for long ...like less then a full second...

I assume you are in Australia ...do you have the 4.0l v6 or the 3.4l ???

if you have the the 3.4l then you could fit the TOYOTA part ...but it is a type 1...

but the IFS vs Solid has been compaired before many times

in this day and age of IFS design it has more...
