He has now been out on a couple trips, so he knows the campsites that we use by now. So, he'll either get there by Friday night or Saturday.

So, Caruthers Canyon Friday, and seeing that it won't be hot, Beale Mountain for Saturday night. Both spots are easy to find, and they'll already be on his Gaia on his I Pad.
So, we're growing in the Wrong direction! LOL!!

He had some shenanigans with a load in the fall too. Hazards of the trade I guess.

I should add that I had asked for the time off for this some time ago, but in the intervening time my boss quit and I was promoted, now I'm having "discussions" with my VP about being unreachable for this amount of time. Sigh.

Well, Robert, I finally ordered my new axles, but won't have them in time. Maybe I can make it out for a night in September, Jon really wants to go camping and I think I could drag him out there for a night.

Yeah, I think so...….it worked pretty well on the last trip. Clean, no chance of a spark causing a fire, and I have a full tank!!

He texted me back Sunday, and no one had come through with the proper paperwork as of then. Since then, tried to call him a couple of times, as well a another text, no response back yet. Not sure if that's good or bad...…..or that maybe he's just concentrating on driving his beast of a truck across the country like a Bat out of Hell in time to come meet us out there. Not sure......even then, you're still required by law to be down for a certain amount of time to rest...….

LOL its been so long since Ive logged in on the forum, glad to see Robert is still running this. Would make the sept trip but having a little one that month so I will try for next Easter
