Question Off-line OBD-II code reference?

Does anyone have an off-line (text file, PDF, etc.) reference for the 4Runner's OBD-II codes?

I ask because recently I had a bunch of warning lights come on when I started my 4Runner, and I was able to read the code with a ScanGauge, but if I hadn't been in town where I could Google that code (P0456) I wouldn't have known it was probably just a bad gas cap.
