Default Rescue and Repair Services

Could I suggest a forum for the above topic.

The idea would be to post names of companies that can assist in rescue or repairs around the states.

Might be useful to list the following

1. Geographic area
2. Name of company and contact details
3. Area of specialty

I'll start an example and if the mods think its worth it, then they can sort it out. Alternatively if the mods suggest it fit in an exisiting forum that will be easy to find (not lost in other posts) then I guess they can arrange that.

Mikestang - maybe you could post the details of the company in Big Bear that you used?

So here goes...

Let me move it to the trail planning section and make it a sticky. That way folks can look at it while planning a trip and record the details.

Mayhem Fabrications
4280 Technology Dr.
Modesto, CA 95356

Owned by a guy named Adam (209)576-5848

They'll do any kind of repair but specialize in armor fab and lift installs. They're SUPER cheap right now. Adam loves what he does and usually won't even charge labor, he just estimates a number that sounds nice. He said as long as he can pay his bills he's happy. He gave a jeep owner a lift install and front & rear bumpers for $550 when i was there a few weeks back.

Tell him Eric from San Francisco recommended you and he'll be sure to give you a great price.

thought i'd share because i had an awesome experience with them. They're all really cool guys and don't mind you hanging out in the shop while they work on your rig.
