Looks great Will. Glad to see you started a build thread for the new taco.

Your going black on the DeeZee right? They are great boxes. Holds so much stuff. I had one on the pickup and it was invaluable.

Once I mounted the box to the bed I pulled the side handles so it didn't rattle. They are not spring loaded or anything. I think I used 4 5/8" bolts through the bed. with some large washers on both sides along with some rubber washers on the inside to keep moisture out.

One thing you might want to consider is spraying the inside with line-x or equivilent to keep the noise down from stuff shifting while you drive.

No worries at all man. They are great boxes for sure. I think I also threw some foam strips around the top edge as well to keep it nice and tight.

When you remove the handles on the side there will be holes. I just threw some stickers on the inside to cover the holes. If you line-x it, you should be fine as the holes are small and will likely be filled in

Bummer... I have a guy that has taken over 3 weeks to buy my rear springs. Every question that could have been asked, was asked twice. now he has added funds to paypal, and it is taking 3-5 days to clear....

It happens. Good luck finding a buyer quickly. Storing stuff like that sucks.

Oh cool, you finally sold the rear springs!
I'm in no rush, to sell the running boards, I'll keep them on the truck until I get me sliders or fund a buyer.

When I finally receive payment I will consider them sold. Still waiting for his end to clear in order to send the funds.
