Truck is lookin awesome Blair, it's come a long way in such a short time, got a great setup. Hey that pic of me in the front wheel well at your house when we were doin the suspension, think that's when I was cursing at the control arm bolt for not cooperating. I thought I heard you snapping a pic while I was welding in the mounts. Truck is lookin great glad I could help out with everything. Got you on speed dial now for when I upgrade in a few months.

I keep coming back looking at your build, I can't not look hahaha. Drooling over the Fox CO's. We might reweld the front resi mounts later on going to make a stronger bracket when I get mine, or I might make something for my rear Fox's that will work for front CO's. Going to do a little tinkering with something next week maybe, will let you know.

Blair,
Can you do me a favor? My swaybar is coming up and hitting my resi's if I hit something fast, and straight on, such as a driveway. Side-to-side doesn't since the swaybar keeps it from flexing enough. Can you take a couple pictures of where your sway bar comes up in relation to your coilovers and how close they are to the resi's? |

Okay Josh will do after I get home from work. How could you tell this was happening; did you hear it hitting, see marks, did it knock the resi off?

Hey Josh if thats the case take a look at the Icon resi mounts, should eliminate any kind of contact between the tire to resi or swaybar to resi by mounting the resi high and vertical.

How do you like those tires around town and on the freeway? I'm interested in your opinion.

They are actually great tires. My truck is a 2008 and I already have 35k miles, so I definitely drive a lot. On these tires I probably have around 10k miles and although they are getting louder they are not too bad. As for lift, it will probably be less than 25miles though. If you don't off road somewhat often, they would probably be overkill though. The thing I really like is how cheap you can find these tires, I got 5 for $450, so its a hard deal to beat. I also found a 2nd unused spare to throw on my roof for any long trips for $60.

Josh-
I think tonight I am going to unbolt my sway bar from the spindle and move it into the position it would be if I was under full stuff and see how close it gets to the resi's. I am pretty sure I have clearance but now you have me worried!
