Default Pismo, HiMountain, Garcia Ridge and LasChichas

Here are some tracks and waypoints of the Pismo beach area, also some fun inland trails and places Hi Mountain trail and Outlook, Garcia Ridge, Pozo Saloon and Las CHichas trail.

new to the forum, just moved to the pismo area last year. can't seem to find a program that'll open that file. any help? definitely trying to find more trails around here.

heard about high mtn. road. took it all the way to pozo couple weeks ago. really nice drive.


this was on the way to big falls

Nice pics, thanks for sharing and welcome to 120. Watch for the Pismo Jamboree trip later in the year, organized on ultimateyota.com, but a few 120s usually make it there.

If you use Garmin for navigation you could use Garmin Basecamp, it's a free download, to open the file.

I think google earth will open .gdb files, too.

Not sure about that. Google Earth reads gpx files but I don't think it reads gdb. You can easily convert from gdb to gpx though and open in Google Earth

I had tried Google earth before posting and it didn't work. Good idea to convert it.

It is a Garmin Mapsource file. So use Mapsource that comes with the GPS. I think there are also open GPS software out there to get it sorted.
