Default My custom FJ bumpers

Been working on these front/rear bumpers for a while. They are about done so figured I'd throw up some pics.

Still haven't finished the rear yet but it's close!! Here's some pics. Front is finished, rear just needs a little more grinding.

just curious, how thick is the steel plating? in some of those shots the recovery points for the shackles look thick enough but in others they look super thin. i know cbi and shrockworks spec out 3/4 or 1 inch thick steel for their recovery points. what are you using for them?

super jealous! wish i had the skills and know how to do something like this. please post pics of them painted and installed.

Here's a few pics of them installed. The recovery points on the front are 1/2" thick the ones on the rear are thin, they are all I had cut but I plan on grinding those off and going with probably 3/4" thick.
