I didn't know the prado got to the us.

Prado's are really popular overhere we have them with the v6 and the 1kz turbo diesel.
THANKS!
Based on your advice Im currently looking at purchasing two lower front control arms for the 2004 4runner/ FJ Cruiser
my only concern is that none of the north american sellers can decode my VIN, and further, when asked whether their 04 4runner/ FJ Cruiser Lower Front control arm will work on my 2004 toyota prado they said that its not compatible.

Please confirm whether this part will work

From the accident, I may also have to change all my steering ends, dont want to take any chances.

Can anyone send me an ebay link to a Steering End Kit for my 2004 Toyota Prado ?

Would this work ?

Item N: 141236447111 no issues with these.

I've only used the tie rods tho.

No need to replace the rest yet.

The one you posted should work too.

I believe this is the Front Right Apron Sub Assembly - Part Number 53701-60A21 for our 2004 Toyota Prado

1 - Is This part interchangeable with the 2004 - 4runner, GX470, FJ120 ?
2 - Does anyone have the slightest idea who may have one of these ? Besides the dealership ofcourse, its really expensive there.

Thanks Sport Truck .
As advised by you guys, Its compatible with the 4Runner so Its the Lateral Bar 48740-35040.

So the only MAIN PART that I must source is the RIGHT FRONT APRON SUB ASSEMBLY WITH PART NUMBER 53701-60A21. Willing to pay $$$USD for this asap!

According to the part number you are refering to the right front fender?
I'm pretty sure I can help you with that (I can throw a rock and it'll probably land on a prado ) but shipping is gonna be awful, I don't know if dealers in the US have chasis parts for the prado.

Another thing you could consider is a face lift, the front of the lexus gx must be a clean bolt on swap.

53701-60A21 is is the sub-assembly apron for the right front. It is the assembly which the right front fender bolts on to.
Interesting. As soon as I can source a part number for the GX470 right front apron, I will research its compatibility with the Prado!

Thanks, for future reference its part number is 43430-60061.

I happened to purchase a set of Upper Front Control Arms for the Land Cruiser/ LX470 .

http://www.ebay.com/itm/130814666350...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I am unsure if this will work on our Prado. This was before i was made aware of compatibility with GX470
