Hey there,
for some dumb reason I am planning to take my SWB diesel 120 for a long expedition (sailing the car from Israel to turkey and than driving to armenia, gorgia, Russia and through Europe back to turkey and Israel). I need to find a sleeping arrangements in the car, preferably for 2 people. Ofcourse I can take a tent but would be very happy to have something 'integral' in the car. What would be my options? Are there rooftop tents available for SWB that would actually sleep 2? |

Roof top tent would be your best option, unless you were planning on using your rooftop for extra fuel/water, etc....... There are plenty of options for RTT's out there! We even had one mounted on top of a Rav4, so I'm sure you can get one on top of a short wheel base 120!

I sleep in my FJ when I camp. You'll need to slide the front seats forward and use a crate or something to keep a pillow elevated. Not the most comfortable thing ever but you could make it work.
