I think after you leave. Looking at Alex's partial writeup...I'm going to need your welding skills.

thanks, It's just attached to the OEM attachments. It's light enough and I retained the top of the mudflap pieces to make it a little more solid.

I like how the swing arm goes into a pocket very cool. Does the bumper improve depature angle or is it about the same as stock. I also like how you used the bumper cover to finish off to the body. Keep up the good work. When does you line of 120 accessories go into production.

Thanks for the compliments you guys,

the departure angle is improved a bit. The bottom of this bumper is basically where the crossmember is. In stock configuration, the bumper sits about an inch below the crossmember; depending on what hitch you have, that would hang down another inch or two. I just notched into the crossmember and welded the new reciever in and then reinforced the rear of the crossmember. This was the only way for me to get the reciever not to sit below the bumper. The bumper itself also adds some stiffness to the crossmember so it should tow pretty good. The departure angle is probably similar to the CBI but may not be quite as good as Joel's and Andries' because i didn't cut the crossmember. It should be pretty close though.

....I'm pretty fabbed-out, no plans for anything else for a while

I just want to bring this tread back to life. I read this tread must be 100,000 times and never got tired.

I sure wish there was a place here in Vegas that could fab something like that up. Probably one of the best 4th Gen bumpers out there.

I'm trying to find some time after the New Year, I might be able to make a few more. Looking at some additional rear quarter protection ideas.
