Josh, you still rocking the DDM 43K 55watt HID kit? ANy issuies with them? Looking at getting a set soon. Just torn between the 45K or 55K temp.

Saw your pic's here, looks like 43K has a nice white temp.

You'll be happier with the 4300k for light output, the 5500 is getting blueish in color.

What size? What did they replace? Why the change? How do you like them so far? Come on man, details!

After two weeks of dealing with tire issues I got all the problems resolved and I switched brands to a new set of Goodyear MTRs all around. As someone that was faithful to @bfgoodrichtires for over 10 years I have learned that they are complete garbage now, they changed the compounds and raised the prices and they are not the same tires they used to be. After my detread a few weeks ago I got a new set of bfg KM2 Mud Terrains and since they were installed the truck drove like garbage and after many attempts at reinstallation it was determined that the problem was the brand new bfgs tires, after countless attempts to contact them (they have the worst customer service in the world) I never got a answer but @4wheelpartsofficial of Oakland stepped up to the plate and completely took care of the situation and took back the tires and let me buy a new set of a actual quality tire the Goodyear. I can't wait to see how these perform and I appreciate all the feedback and the suggestions by @expo_taco about switching to the Goodyears. Now it's time to wheel! Goodbye forever to @bfgoodrichtires and hello to Goodyear!

Well Hello there, the overheating issues have been diagnosed, a blown head gasket. Leaking at cylinder 4/6.

My buddy Dan nailed the issue with a 5 gas analyzer and the hydrocarbons senses in the coolant told the story.

We started the teardown last Friday at 10am and got the heads off at 9pm( minus hour for lunch and a few small breaks)

Checked the heads and block and no warpage, all clear to go back in! Then proceeded to clean up the heads

Good deal!!! Glad you were able to get this resolved and with due diligence! This happened to my 4Runner many years ago. Unfortunately, when I changed the head gasket we didn't properly check the heads to see if they were warped. I'm sure they were because the Runner didn't run properly afterward, so I used that as an excuse to buy my Tacoma.
