Here are the specs for the Demello bumper. If still in doubt, contact Jason.

It needs to be a non integrated solenoid winch. Jason sells a mounting kit with extended battery cables and a plate to mount the control box beside the winch. I didn't use the plate though just drilled some holes in the side of the bumper to mount it to.
Mine is a TJM 10 K specs below:

Ill keep yall updated, and might just start my own build thread so this isnt in someone elses thread haha

Sweet. I'm in the market and have the same bumper. Is the $150 rebate CBI posted about worth considering? I've been eying this winch, but really don't know where to start, especially with the fitment thing on this bumper. http://www.cbioffroadfab.com/product...h-series-winch

Yes the TJM stealth 9k or 10 k will fit inside the Demello bumper. You will need to drill two holes in the side plate to mount the winch controller
Some pics from my install

i've been choosing between Warn VR8000 and VR8000-S. Is it better to choose the synthetic rope than the wire rope? the VR8000 costs around $650 while the VR8000-S costs a few hundred bucks higher.

Most guys get the synth rope as it is lighter and easier/safer to use. Hard core guys seem to think the wire is more durable, but reality is most of us don't use the winch enough to run into line issues.

What's your guy's opinion on the Warn Zeon series? I was looking at a 9.5XP for the future, but I have heard some good things above the Zeon.
