Default Bushwaker Fender Flares

Link to fender flares discussion

I may found a back door to Bushwaker for making them a 4th Gen Pocket Style fender flares.
There is chance that "the contact" may push the development and releasing this product in nearest time. He has access to engineering and development team.
To make it work we need minimum 10 and better 20 "potential orders". He asked me if I can give him a number. In line with this please post up if you're intersted and I'll add you to the list. I'd also ask to continue send them emails and use their "Not found your application - let us know" option of sending them your request.

The list:

I remember some people were interested, but not remember all of them. Plese correct me if I missed you

Good stuff, Alex. I'm still interested. I'd be concerned about wider fiberglass fenders and the trails are already narrow and well, a fender flare would be less costly in the event of a tree bump.

I'd still be interested but I would need to see more details. I don't need the looks but want more clearance. If I can cut away my fenders and get a nice line with the flares then thats what I would be interested in.

I did rear they were developing them for the 2010 but even tho that was in print I think it more promo for their brand name than actually making them. We shall see I guess.

In BC there is a law that wheels cannot extend past the fender. I guess the intent is to limit the spray or plume of water. So regardless of tire size, if the tire extents past the fender we're game to be tagged with a VI. For that reason, I'm interested. If the flare enables the cutting of the fender to fit even larger tires, then that's a bonus.

I have a lot to buy (or re-buy) before I think about flares, but I'm always interested to see what they're going to offer.

My 07 seems to have wider fender flares but the wheel constraints are probably similar to the -05 years. I'd be interesed even though they're late to the game if they were functional and improved my clearance. I don't mind cutting either as long as the fitment is well tested and documented.

How about a snorkle?

This is a whole different story, There is bigger market for the fenders then for snorkel and ARB doesn't have 4Runner in Australia. Meanwhile it is possible to adapt '97 Australian Hilux snorkel to 4Runner as I did.

If they allow me to fit a bigger tire without a body lift I'll take a set. 2003 runner

Do you remove the existing cladding or just chop it up?

No details yet, as we need to generate enough interest to start them designing those fender flares.

Generally speaking here is an example of ones on FJ Cruiser:

1st Gen.:

Tundra:

Tacoma:

Do you have to take off the clad and cut into your fenders to put them on? Or is it a clad replacement? (is it called "clad"??)

I think the interest will be there but like anything, people are going to be reticent to say much until they see something. Devil in the details you know.

There are several types of flares available eg pocket style. Some are small flares, others much wide as seen in the pix above. I would prefer the ones just like the FJ above. The 1st gen would be too big for my liking. We need to post a link of the different versions.
