I'm very happy w/the customer service at Metal Tech LLC. They are a small company and growing, located in Newburg, Oregon. The owners Lt and Mark are easy to talk to if you have questions before a purchase and are quick to ship. These guys are a wealth of Toyota knowledge, and have recently purchased a 5th gen 4Runner they are outfitting w/Total Chaos and Radflow products.
I have purchased all my suspension needs from Metal Tech, they carry all the top brands, Budbuilt, OME, ICON, Total Chaos, ARB, Trail Ready, etc. I would definitely buy from these guys again. If you don't see it on the website call and ask, they can get it if they are the dealer for the product line. http://www.metaltech4x4.com/

I agree as well. When I went through them to purchase my latest suspension setup, Brandon was extremely helpful even after after I had installed everything. I had an issue where my Icon remote reservoirs were hitting the Icon UCA, and Brandon helped me to fix the issue. As for Icon, they weren't very helpful when I called, and gave me this exact response:
"We sell thousands of these and have not heard of any issues. There's nothing we can do."

I've honestly had the same response from icon, I was on the fence between icon and kings and icon was just about to release there new product line for the 4runner so I called several times to get specs and they were not helpful at all and said I would have to wait til the come to market sooo I went to king and dropped my $3k plus and was treated with great customer service On another notes Radflo has excellent customer service, those guys are so helpful its ridiculous

Thank you for all the kind words fellas. I know the thread is from a few years ago, but still always nice to see. Metal-tech 4x4 is still developing new stuff for the 120's!
