Default Bilstein 6112 notch setting help

My 200,000 miles X-Reas system is leaking and started to make an internal clunking noise. It's time to remove and replace the system. It currently has a leveling kit in front and 3" lift coils in the rear, diff drop, 1 1/2" body lift, radiator drop and steering extension.

Decided to go with the Bilstein 6112 in the front and 5160 in the rear.

Anyone know the notch position I need to set the lower spring perch at to maintain the current height with the leveling kit. The leveling kit gave me 2", there are 6 possible positions.

Maybe someone that has the 6112 can measure their distance from ground to lower fender and let me know their tire size and if there is a body lift.

Thanks

4-driver/2-pass = 2.13"s

5-driver/3-pass = 2.5"

I ended up doing the highest setting #6 Driver, #4 Passenger, my original leveling spacer gave me 2", now it's almost 3". Rear, because of the new shock raised the rear 1/2".
