Default Any ideas on a custom cargo liner?

I want to make some sort of rugged plastic liner for the whole rear of my rig including the seatbacks when they are folded down. I cant think of any ideas...maybe rhino liner or something?
Any suggestions

I've been thinking about getting one of these, not sure if you want it to be as durable as a bed liner type of material, but it does cover the entire rear cargo area.

Wow that's cool. I've never seen that before although I'm so happy I had the Weathertech liner in the back today when the XREAS oil puked out of my old shocks on the way home

Correct. Although I have the old one and Phil (Medic) has the new one. He posted up somewhere that he was really happy with it. I like it because it helps keep the sand and dog hair from getting under the carpet. I like to get my truck dirty but I also like to keep it clean.

I have had this liner in the 4runner for about 3 years now. Had one for 12 years in my wife's Jeep Grand Chickadee before that.

http://www.cargoliner.com/products.php?did=10001

It lays very flat and is cut to fit real nice. The only thing is that the later model has sticky back velcro to attach the sides to the runner. The previous version had clips. In the heat the sticky back loosens and comes off. You can clean it off and put on another one and your good to go again. They give you some extras.

It fits over the shelf in the back in the up or down position. If the shelf is in the up position, it only covers the shelf. You will need to put something under the shelf to cover it, or do what I do and just keep the shelf down.

It has kept the back real nice. It slips over the top of the rear seats and doesn't come off or slide around when the seats are put up and down.

After 12 years in the Jeep the back was as good as new when I pulled the liner off.

Its still the same price I paid for the first one 15 years ago...$225

I chose this one over the Rear Gear liner because it went over the top of the rear seats instead of velcro to the seat back, the price was $50 less and I had good luck with the first one on the Jeep. From the pictures on the web, the Rear Gear didn't seems to lay as flat as the Cargoliner either.

I also spoke to the owner before buying and he seemed like a good sort to deal with as well.

Either way you go, you will be glad you covered the rear area after a few years of wear.
