Mikes 2006 4Runner Sport

So I decided that it is time to start a build thread.
In the car dealership lot...

Stock after some mudding, took the granny steps off obviously

:

First mod was 3"/1.25" Truxx spacers and new 275/70/R17 MT/R w/ kevlar (shop messed up and mounted the white lettering on the outside, i was mad haha):

Tires rubbed UCAs and Frame:

So i got spidertrax spacers.

You can kind of see how the tires stick out past the fenders in these pics. The front was riding a little low for some reason

Next was the rear differential breather extension because i love water crossings, thats my friend in the moon roof haha

Next was Smokers Package and Scion T1806 Head unit with ipod integration courtesy of Mikestang '

Next was a CB and antenna

Next was 6000k HID kit for the low beams

Next was to do something about the resonator aka rock catcher, so i chopped it off and had a new pipe rerouted and welded on in its place *pics coming*

Thule load bars for bike racks, kayak racks, and ski racks *pics coming*

Finally: OME front and rear suspension with Man A Fre Custom 4inch coils courtesy of Ben (!Cruzer!) *pics coming after install*

INSTALLED:

Still to come: K&N CAI, medic rear links, and sliders as of now. taking the mods a little slower now.

what kind of CB do you have and where did u mount it?

its a uniden one but sold by radio shack. I will take a picture tomorrow, but its between the center console and the passenger seat. it is squeezed in there and secured with velcro. i love the location of it because it is easy to reach and relatively out of sight.

i only have a 16 foot coaxial as of now, so it runs up the rear passenger seat by the seatbelt "pulley" abd out the weather stripping in the door. it is mounted to one of the load bars. works for now until i get a longer coaxial cable and roof basket.

ya im waiting for a roof basket so i can mount a firestick on top....are there a lot of places to go wheelin' in Jersey?

and no, not at all

all i know of is Wharton State Park. Quint is a member here and he knows of 3 good spots, but I have yet to see them. I go to college in NY, so I have more options here.

ya i live in VT and it is surprisingly hard to find some good trails...i go to school up in maine which has tons of trails but i never have time to check em out
