Lookin good, nice build so far. Curious to know how those new Goodyear MTR's work out in the long run. By the way where did you get the black push bar?

I found it on Ebay. Only $75! Very week though. It's completely for aesthetics. I've been off roading a couple times with it and this last run at Yankee Hill when I was trying to get up the quarry the bar got pushed and the bolts that attach the bar to the frame bent. You can do a DIY mod and make the holes for the bolts bigger (which I'm going to do at some point) and insert bigger, stronger bolts.

It's been awhile since I've upgraded this. Whoops. Well here is a current picture of her.

And one night wheeling picture

But coming in the mail this week: Rola Roof Rack, 4 Hella fog lamps, 06+ OEM headlights!

Then once I get in CO in a few weeks I'll be switching to Ajustable Coilovers from Toytec and then after my move to Oregon, I'll be getting a Perkins Performance front bumper!

Doug aka Kramer....this is exactly what I have been looking for. All I wanted was to fit 35" tires on my 4R with the least amount of $$$ and customizing. It looks like you hit this nail right on the head. Did you install everything? Unfortunately, Im not that install saavy so I prob will have to pay for it. As far as your XREAS, Im assuming you dismantled it? Does the 35" tires rub anywhere? Are the wheel spacers needed? Where do you purchase the Roger Brown BL? I looked online and it takes me to the 4crawler.com website. Is that where you purchase the BL?

Thanks for answering all my questions. Keep up the good work. I like your style.

Thanks man! I LOVE the 35s!! I did install everything. This is my first build vehicle and so the first time ive installed things but with help from some friends I learned everything.

I ripped XREAS out with the first lift I had. I truly didn't notice a huge difference.

The 35s rubbed like crazy. I was barely able to get home because of the rubbing on the front bumper and inner fender. With trimming they dont rub.

Yes, 4crawler.com is where you buy the BL. Take your time with that website as its hard to figure out. I bought the 1.5" Heavy Duty kit. This one takes a little drilling to bore out some holes to acquire the thicker bolt but nothing extreme. Talking with a couple other guys on here, in hindsight, i should have gone with the 1.75" We know its doable and with that the trimming wouldn't have been so fierce.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else!

woow, did you forget the people that actually did help you install stuff, the use of a lift, tools, garage and time, never asking for anything in return

Ok, so there is trimming involved. If you went with the 1.75" BL would you still have to trim? How wide is your rim/wheel? What made you decide on Toyo MT's? You need to post more pix because your ride is tight!

Im assuming if I take my 4R into the shop to install + parts + tires/rims would be about $7,000....is that a fair assumption?

I'm actually on stock wheels. I love the look of the 35s on the sport rims. I'm thinking about plasti-dipping them black but we'll see. Good thing about plastidip is if you dont like it, it peels right off. Heres a crappy pic of the 35s with the stock rim:

I'm not sure if you would or wouldn't have to trim with the 1.75" I would like to think no you wouldn't. But we'll never know if someone doesn't do it!! Up for it!!?? Lol

I'm waiting for some off roading pics to get posted up and ill post some more pictures up.

Thanks for the compliments man!

Forgot to comment on the price assumption.

Well if you went with the full 2.0 radflo lift, you're looking 1390.00 and the price for 4 new 35s plus one discounted tire was about 1750 (i think - ill have to double check) and I'm running 1.25" Spidertrax Wheel Spacers at 200 a pop. I dont know what a store will charge to install. Hope this helps
