Very cool setup you have.

What kind of roof rack basket are you running?

Also were did you get those coaxial holders on your roof for your cb antenna?

Thanks

Thanks guys,The roof rack is a Valley rack with a center extension It's identical to Photogs Black widow rack.I was going to get the new Bajarack but decided to keep this rack for now, Saving up for more mods. The CB coax bracket is a big rig antenna mirror mount, it will fit a 1" or more round tube,I picked it up at a cb shop in Sac.If you're up on 80 east pass IKEA and exit the West El Camino offramp,There's the 49er truck stop they sell all kinds of CB stuff. Also theres a cb repair trailer in the back. You can also get one at Frys electronics.

MCL 68,
Your rig is looking really fine.

Does your CB interfere with the fusebox cover?

How is your SWR, with the antenna mounted that way?

Is your basket 1 piece?

Mine came as 3 pieces. I left out the middle (extension) piece, and assembled mine as the short version. I ran with the joint bolted for a year; but is collected a little water, so I welded it all together.

I like the looks of the full full length basket, and nice setup all the way around.

Sorry for all the questions.

Hi Brian,The cb's mounting bracket is bolted to the fuse panel door.If i need to access the fuse's,I take the adjusting knobs off the bracket on the cb.My swr is just under 1.5,The valley rack was sold as a 2pc. and i added the extension in the middle.I don't plan on carrying anything too heavy up there,Besides a spare and some fuel and water.Thank you for the complement.

Nice m-f'n ride. I like the look of the dirrty rims on silver....something to think about.

1) What made you decide on the full icon suspension versus the OME?

2) DId you install the body lift yourself? Or shop?

3) is the body lift necessary to fit 33"s?

Mahalo in advance

Mahalo for the comp, 1. Went with icon because they were highly recommended. 2. I installed the body lift myself,Took me about 3hrs.The hardest part of the install was to get the body high enough to get the spacers in.I had to elevate my floor jack with 4x4 blocks of wood to get the body high enough off the frame. 3. A body lift is not entirely necessary for 33's,The tires still slightly rub the front bumper under hard flexing. Also i wanted to make more room for bigger tires later.

That sucks... My just goes with whatever I say I need.

I haven't purchased anything for my truck since I ordered the bumper 4 months ago. I think that's a new record for me.

She's cool with me modding the truck,Its just big purchases. That's when she starts auditing the mod fund. In her eyes,This is a safer hobby than my motorcycle shenanigans.

Do you have rubbing issues in the front when your reverse and turn?

I do if it's on an incline. That's because I kept my mud flaps on, and just cut them a little. Normally with 33's, 3" of lift, and no mud flaps, you won't rub; as long as you have spidertrax or aftermarket UCA's.
