Does the size of a preload spacer double the amount of lift like a top out spacer does ??
example: a 1/2 in topout will yield 1" of lift |

As a general rule of thumb, yes.
Normally it is a little less than double though. |

andries , where did you buy the DS kit from in your tech write up ?
I want 2.5/1.5 4 pc kit. Wheelers off road sold me the 6 pc kit and said they won't sell the 4 pc kit . So I want to sell my 6 pc kit and go with the 4 pc , but in a 2.5 / 1.5 to get rid of rake . Should only leave me with 1" rake . Let me know who to talk to . Thanks Mike |

IIRC I got mine from Wheeler's Offroad, not sure anymore though. The new kits are different now than the one I got.
