Ric,
Nice joke and all but reality dictates that I postpone this project for a while. The builder has not given me any indication when he will get back to working on my truck and with the holidays coming up I have to refocus my funds. As soon as I'm able to resume this project I'll post up.

I had that Jeep thing... But I went to my local Toyota dealer, bought a 4Runner and it cleared that crap right up.

This project is on hold indefinitely. I'm not in a position to to really do anything unfortunately.
When I can resume my mods I will push this through.

You mentioned that you had drawings and sketches. Any thoughts on posting those?

If there are any drawings or sketches, the original fabricator has them and they are his intellectual property. He is a very private person when it comes to his products and maybe IMHO a little flaky. He never returned my calls after the initial measurements so I will not be going back. I have some plans in my head for what I would like it to look like and will put them on paper as time permits. Maybe play with Paint on the PC as I don't have any kind of CAD software.

You thinking of building this based on my drawings??

I work at a product design and development place with CAD abilities and manufacturing capabilities. I was just curious what the design looked like.

X2

Not the first time my hopes and dreams have been crushed by a bi-polar fabricator
